COMMERCIAL LAW
Commercial Law is particularly international. Even in cases which appear to be purely national, the law governing these cases often has an international or European background.
In view of the international orientation of BRÖDERMANN & JAHN, advice on commercial issues has become a natural part of daily business. This applies both to constructive advice on contract negotiations and drafting and to commercial litigation and arbitration. In both areas BRÖDERMANN & JAHN has a substantial track record including but not limited to, for example, agency contracts, distribution agreements, cooperation agreements, license agreements, transport agreements.
All partners have a substantial personal track record in this field of law. Dres. Philipp von Dietze and Eckart Brödermann are joint heads of the Commercial Law team (the former focusing more on national, the latter more on international cases).
