The firm relies on one hand on the professional experience of its partners (the founding partners have been working together since 1992). Since 1999, the team has grown steadily. Today it consists of seven lawyers with international expertise, four counsels, one assistant lawyer and always one to three interns and qualified support staff.

Although BRÖDERMANN & JAHN is a regional German firm, its reputation goes beyond local borders. In rankings, such as the JUVE handbook on Law Firms with a focus on Business Law, the firm is placed in the corporate field as well as in arbitration among the international law firms. For the region "North (Hamburg)" it has now twice been ranked at level 3 (and is thereby within the top 19 firms of the region).
