LITIGATION
The litigation practice is based on Dr. Erhard Jahn's 35 years experience and on the experience gained by Dr. Eckart Brödermann since 1983. Both of them have taken cases all the way to the German Federal Supreme Court.
The firm's experience includes cross-border litigation and international litigation management. This is a topic on which Dr. Eckart Brödermann has lectured occasionally in private seminars in London. He has also co-authored books and articles on litigation "Der europäische GmbH-Gerichtsstand" (on international Jurisdiction over Companies in Germany), ZIP 1996, 491 - 494; "Die GmbH im Prozeß" (on Company litigation), Dr. Otto Schmidt, Köln, 1997.
Within the firm Dr. Erhard Jahn heads the national litigation team. Dr. Eckart Brödermann heads the international litigation team jointly with Dr. Andrea Tiedemann (including international litigation management). With Dr. Andrea Tiedemann, bringing in international experience since 1988, both the national and the international team has gained notable additional experience.
