PUBLIC PROCUREMENT LAW

Business Law often goes beyond the mere contracting with civil business entities. It also involves the participation in public procurement bidding. In such case, it is essential for the success of the planned project to weigh the risks properly und to draft the right tender.

In the past BRÖDERMANN & JAHN has assisted both in national bidding processes und in the participation of bidding proceedings abroad (e. g. for a wind park in Australia).

The counselling of BRÖDERMANN & JAHN in this field of law comprises market evaluation tailored to the needs of its clients und the follow-up drafting of the tender as well as securing the client's interest during the bidding procedure. Also, BRÖDERMANN & JAHN negotiates with the appropriate authorities in an endeavour to supply best client's services.

Dr. Philipp von Dietze is heading the Public Procurement team which also includes Counsel Professor Dr. Jörn Axel Kämmerer, an expert in the Law of Public Procurement.
