Quality Management
In order to secure a high professional standard, BRÖDERMANN & JAHN has established a quality management and training system. It includes:
- Clear communication of the goals of the firm to all employees;
- Installation of the double checking "4-eye" principle for all major work steps;
- Transparency of all internal procedures through the creation of an intranet with an electronic handbook transparent to all employees at their local work station;

- Controlled teaming up for individual tasks, supervised in weekly lawyer's meetings;
- Continued legal education on a monthly basis;

- Installation of client-relationship management procedures.
