In order to secure a high professional standard, Brödermann Jahn has established a quality management and training system.

It includes:

  • Clear communication of the client focus to all employees of the firm;
  • Installation of the double checking "4-eye" principle for all major work steps;
  • Transparency of all internal procedures through an electronic handbook at each work station (intranet);
  • Individual coaching of lawyers by the process management partner;
  • Controlled teaming up for individual tasks, supervised in weekly lawyers' meetings;
  • Continued legal education on a monthly basis (internal Legal Education and Advanced Training Program);
  • Integration of Counsels with broad academic background into the firm's team; and
  • Installation of client relationship management procedures.
