  • With respect to the textile related transactions, Brödermann Jahn has advised on virtually all stages of the production including vertically integrated sales. The advise has included negotiations on joint ventures, acquisitions or sale of textile companies and international corporate structuring.
  • Daily housekeeping issues have included mainly license and distribution ship agreements and multiple other contracts connected to the various facets of textile trade (e.g. on sourcing, supply etc.).
  • Sometimes it was unavoidable to initiate or to defend in textile related litigations.

The scope of legal work for the textile industry has required the application of know-how in virtually of most areas of core competences of the firm including, in particular, IP, business contracts, customs structuring, private international and comparative law.
