Brödermann Jahn concentrates on business law with an emphasis on international business law. In this context, it has developed three core products including (in addition to "International Litigation and Arbitration Management" and "Corporate Housekeeping"):

The Assisting Clients in Entering New Markets: Often, this entails the assistance to clients when they enter into new foreign markets. Such business may be inbound, outbound or simply international. In such situations Brödermann Jahn usually undertakes the legal project management, the choice and coordination of additional local support lawyers (“scouting”) and the drafting or negotiation of contracts as necessary including assistance in Company Law, Corporate Transactions (M&A, JV), Public Procurement/Plant Construction, Corporate Finance, Antitrust and Merger Control.

On occasion, clients thrive to enter into previously non existent new markets: In such cases Brödermann Jahn supports its clients in developing and shaping the legal structure for the new business product (e.g. when creating a Public Private Public Partnership in an area where previously the business field did not exist).
