Accordingly, this Privacy Statement fulfils our obligation to inform with regard to the type, scope and purposes of processing your personal data in accordance with Art. 12 - 14 GDPR and § 13 Para. 1 TMG.  

II. Subject-matter of Data Protection

‘Personal Data’ is any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person; identifiable is any natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by association with an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more special features that express the physical, physiological, genetic, psychological, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person. This includes, for example, information such as name, postal address, e-mail address or telephone number, but also usage data such as your IP address according to current case law

IV. Processing Personal Data Collected without Your Active Cooperation

When you visit our website only for informative purposes, we collect and use the access data that your internet browser automatically transmits and store it in a so-called log file on the server. This includes the client's file request, the date and time of the page request, the success of the page request, the amount of data transferred, the type and version of browser you are using, your operating system, the IP address assigned to you by the provider and the website from which you are visiting us. This data is a technical necessity for the operation of our website on the web server. Furthermore, the short-term storage of such log files is useful when resolving attempts to attack or possibly exploit websites. Our service providers work exclusively according to our instructions, in accordance with applicable data protection law and this Privacy Statement, which we ensure through appropriate contractual agreements pursuant to Art. 28 Para. 3 GDPR and additional audits. We have concluded such a data processing agreement in particular with the IT company that hosts our website on their server operated in Europe as well as with our web-designer. 


We also reserve the right to disclose your personal data if we are legally obligated to do so or if required to do so by authorities or law enforcement bodies in a clearly justified manner.

We will provide the suitable technical and organizational measures within the context of Art. 32 GDPR, to protect the data you have transmitted, in particular protecting it from accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons.
